Dr. Boris Kadish

Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO.

As CEO Boris Kadish is responsible for the development of both overall company strategy and software services strategy. Dr. Kadish has over twenty five years of experience in the software industry. Boris has founded several software development companies in Latvia, Russia and USA. Prior to his work as an entrepreneur, Boris was the head of database department in the State Research Institute of Planning in Latvia. Dr. Boris Kadish is a member of the Advisory Board of the Association of Pan European Coach Terminals. Boris holds a Ph.D. in Database Design from the Moscow Institute of Information Technology and Latvian University.

Arkady Ivanov

Member of the Board, Chief Technology Officer.

As CTO Arady Ivanov is responsible for the development of company, product and technology strategy. He leads our team of developers. Arkady has over 18 years of experience in software development. He joined SWD Factory team in 2002. He is project manager of all our Transportation area projects: Baltic Lines, VIPUS, AED Portal. He has a deep experience in managing, developing and supporting mission-critical applications. Arkady holds an MS in Computing Science from Transport and Telecommunication Institute in Riga.

Alexey Stepanov

Member of the Board, Project Manager.

Alexey has over 18 years of experience in Software developemt, has been a memeber of SWD Factory team since 2003. He is project manager and account manager for the following strategic projects: US Social Security Administration, US Department of Agriculture, Latvian State Material Rezerves Agency, EdiSoft. Alexey has a deep experience in managing, developing and supporting mission-critical applications. Alexey holds an MS in Computing Science from Transport and Telecommunication Institute in Riga.

Valery Cvetkov

Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Valery Cvetkov is responsible for day by day operations as well as for sales and marketing, with a mandate to increase revenue growth. He joined SWD Factory team in 2002. Valery has over 30 years of experience in software development. He is an associative member of The Russian Society of Technical Analysts. Valery holds an MS in Engineering Science from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering.

Olga Fomenko

Chief Financial Officer.

Olga Fomenko is responsible for the Company’s finance and administration, and human resources. She has been working with SWD Factory since 2003, Olga is certified Quality Manager and Quality Auditor as well as a Bookkeeper. Olga holds her MBA from Riga International Business High School.

Dmitry Sergeev

Project Manager.

Dmitry has over 7 years of experience in software development. He joined SWD Factory team in 2002. He leads our team of developers  dedicated to SunPower Corporation needs.Dmitry has a deep experience in managing, developing and supporting mission-critical applications, e.g. Edi Mobile Sales, VIPUS, AKLIS . Dmitry holds an MS in Computing Science from Riga's Technological University.

Alexey Gulayev

Project Manager.

Alexey has over 10 years of experience in software development. He joined SWD Factory team in 2002. He is project manager of project BusEurope. Alexey has a deep experience in developing and managing mission-critical applications, e.g. Edi, BalticLines, VIPUS, AED Portal, TOKS, Container Exchange. Alexey holds an MS in Computing Science from Transport and Telecommunication Institute in Riga.
