SWD Factory has registered enterprise «Coach Ticketing System» Ltd in Pskov. New company will be performing support and maintenance of BusTicketPro in Pskov region and will work on distribution of the System to other regions of Russian Federation.

On 24^th of November implementation of the coach ticketing System BusTicketPro has been successfully completed at Pskov Coach Terminal. During the next stage of this project the System will be implemented at all Coach Terminals and Coach Stations of the Pskov region.

From the 21st to the 26th of October 2011, SWD Factory will participate in the Busworld 2011 exhibition in Kortrijk, Belgium. Here we will present our latest projects, that are focused on bringing benefits of IT to coach transportation industry: BusEurope and BusTicketPro.

SWD Factory has signed contract with the State Enterprise of the Pskov Region “PSKOVAVTOTRANS” for implementation of BusTicketPro system at Pskov Coach Terminal, with the strategic focus on successively replacing existing ticketing software at the coach terminals and bus stops of the Pskov Region by BusTicketPro.

SWD Factory has signed a contract with the Association of Paneuropean Coach Terminals (APC) for development of the of international information and service platform for long-distance coach transport pilot within the framework of the European project eCoach.

Our Chairman of the Board participated in annual meeting of Pan European Association of Coach Terminals (APC). There he presented our new projects: "BusEurope.eu" and "BusTicketPro".

We've launched www.buseurope.eu - the integrated ticketing site that interacts with the ticketing systems of the participating Coach Operators and Coach Terminals. This site will help passengers in choosing and purchasing the most optimal bus tickets for their trip in Europe.

SWDFactory's Chairman of the Board, in cooperation with the representatives from APC, has participated in the 59th UITP World Congress and Mobility&City Transport Exhibition in Dubai , where, at interactive meeting, he has presented the concept of Common information and booking system for coach transportation in Europe,  implementation of which  will reduce access barriers in cross-border long distance transport.

SWD Factory has won tender of state joint stock company "Passažieru Vilciens" for further development and support of Latvian national railroad ticketing system "VIPUS"

Affiliated company  BTI  became the owner of national bus ticketing system BalticLines, as a result of auction.
